Group Personal Fitness
*We also offer personal training in a small group setting. These 60 minute sessions
take place in our smaller studio where attention can be focused on form, technique
and execution. Participants benefit from the dynamic setting and energy of a small
group and instructor. Workouts are varied in type and design and are focused on
improving strength, endurance, functional movements, and "Fat Loss". Though
general movements and positioning are constant, each session is different so as to
continue to challenge each individual. The equipment utilized is a composite of the
following: stability balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, and resistive bands.
These sessions are available to our members at a nominal cost. Sign-up for all
group personal training classes is done through the front desk.
*Fitness Evaluation- This evaluation will allow us to assess your baseline fitness
level in order to set realistic goals in resistance training, nutrition and cardio. It takes
all the guess work out!
*Personal Training- Our objective is to guide you, educate you on form and
technique, motivate you, and hold you accountable.
*Regardless of your skill level or the level at which a class is taught, always exercise
at a pace respectful of your own health and fitness.
